Welcome to BreakPoint

BreakPoint is located on a shallow sea-side cliff in East Dorset, near Hengistbury Head, Southbourne and Christchurch. Its self-catering accommodation consists of 'Marram', a 3-bed garden-level apartment and 'Drift', a 2-bed penthouse apartment, both idyllic family retreats for between four and five guests.

The Blue Flag beach is an immediate scramble down the grassy cliff at the foot of the garden, or a minute's walk to the promenade via the buggy-friendly Point House Slope. Its golden sands stretch for seven miles from Hengistbury Head to Sandbanks (past the piers of Boscombe and Bournemouth), and from Marram's sea-side garden, or Drift's huge balcony, you can take in the spectacular coastal panorama. To the East you can see the Isle of Wight’s famous Needles (and the silhouette of the polar bear, only visible from this stretch of coast) and to the West the Isle of Purbeck’s Old Harry Rocks and the start of the Jurassic Coast.

BreakPoint has been designed by the architect owners, as a contemporary home away from home.

A ‘breakpoint’ is a timeout in software design. Elementally things remain unchanged, but you get a pause and a chance to review, debug and make adjustments
